The party responsible as defined in the GDPR
The Grail Movement in Germany (legal entity: Grals-Verwaltung für Deutschland e.V., Möhlstraße 25, 81675 München, tel. 089-9077876, e-mail: info@nullgralsbewegung.de) gives you an assurance that, in the processing and sharing of data, all your data are treated within the scope of lawful data protection.
Data Protection Officer
At the Grail Movement in Germany, compliance with the provisions of the General Data Protection Regulation is regularly monitored by the Data Protection Officer (e-mail: datenschutz@nullgralsbewegung.de).
Processing purposes and legal bases
On the basis of consent (Art. 6 para. 1 letter a GDPR) your personal data are collected, stored, processed or used by the Grail Movement in Germany for invitations to, participation or involvement in and the dispatch of information on Grail Movement events such as Grail Festivals, Hours of Worship, public lectures, seminars, training courses, roundtable discussions, concerts, gatherings for parents, families, children and youth, other get-togethers and meetings, perhaps profession-specific, to organise said events, e.g. to organise Grail Festivals, Hours of Worship (e.g. by drawing up schedules of Hours of Worship, duty rotas and work plans, lists of addresses), accounting, information on and the mailing of donation certificates, documents, books, calendars and other Grail Movement printed matter. If you provide photos (passport photo or digital photo), they will be used to keep a file and for the Grail Movement’s internal administrative purposes. There is no automated decision-making process or profiling.
Sharing personal data
It is permissible for your data to be shared for the above purposes only with the International Grail Movement (legal entity: Verein zur Verwirklichung des Gralswissens von Abd-ru-shin, Vomperberg, Marktstr. 19, 6130 Schwaz/Austria) and where applicable accommodation providers, e.g. hotels in relation to Grail Festivals, meetings and conferences, as well as technical service providers in the framework of contract data processing. If you participate in an event abroad, e.g. a Grail Festival, your data are shared with the Grail Movement’s legal entity responsible in that country.
Data are not shared with third parties, with the exception of those listed here.
Duration of storage
As the abovementioned purposes of storage are designed on a permanent basis, data are stored for an indefinite period until this is revoked, unless there are legitimate interests, or other statutory requirements or provisions of commercial and tax law stipulate a longer period of storage.
Your rights
You can revoke the processing and sharing of your data at any time, with effect for the future, without the legality of the processing or storage based on consent until the revoking of that consent being affected.
This does not affect the right of access, to rectification, erasure or restriction of the processing or objection to processing, to data portability and complaint to the supervisory authority (Bayerisches Landesamt für Datenschutzaufsicht, Promenade 27 (Schloß), 91522 Ansbach).
Provision of data
In the framework of consent, the e-mail addresses and/or other telecommunication numbers, e.g. telephone numbers provided by you are used for the abovementioned purposes. The provision of data is prescribed neither by law nor contractually or required for the conclusion of a contract; instead it is purely voluntary.
Consequences of management of rights
Should you exercise your right to erasure or restriction of processing or object to processing, neither you nor the children specified can receive mailing or information, or take part in listed events, the organisation of which necessitates the provision of data.
